Welcome to California Yoga Center
We offer yoga classes and workshops for all ages and abilities, with studios in Mountain View and Palo Alto.
Our dedicated instructors have extensive training and many years of teaching experience.
Yoga in the Iyengar tradition emphasizes a balance between strength and flexibility,
builds endurance, and develops self-awareness through precision in movement and attention to subtle aspects of posture and breath, mind and spirit.

Featured Instructor: Lily Anne Hillis
Lily's passion and enthusiasm for yoga, for her students, and for life comes
through in every class she teaches. She sees yoga as life enhancing
and joyous, and she has a keen eye for precision in the poses. Her
classes are a blend of gentleness, humor and a bit of irreverence.
Lily teaches in the Palo Alto studio. Wake up with her 6:30 am classes
on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. She also teaches Saturdays at 9:00
am and Sundays at 4:30 pm.
