The shapes and actions of essential poses, including standing and seated postures
Gentle twists, back extensions, and abdominal work to develop strength and flexibility
Principles of alignment for safety and stability in your practice
Experience a Variety of Perspectives:
Each month, the teacher will rotate, giving students the unique opportunity to learn from different instructors and experience a range of teaching styles within the Iyengar tradition.
