Begin the new year with clarity and purpose in our Fundamentals Series. Over four weeks, you’ll move step by step through the essential principles of Iyengar Yoga alignment, stability, and mindful intelligent movement. Each class builds progressively, offering the structure and guidance you need to practice with confidence and ease.

You will learn:

  • Foundational alignment and techniques to support safe, steady progress

  • Strength, flexibility, and confidence to join regular classes mindfully

  • The focus, clarity, and grounding that Iyengar Yoga brings to both body and mind

  • The experience of learning within a warm, supportive community

This series is ideal for beginners, students returning to yoga, or anyone wishing to refine their understanding of foundational poses.

 By the end of the series, you’ll feel more grounded, open, and connected in your body ready to continue your practice with a strong and steady foundation.
