Balance is about more than standing on one leg. It's the foundation for moving through life with confidence.
Balance depends on the coordinated action of many parts of the body, including the feet and ankles, legs, hips, pelvic floor, core, and lower back. This workshop offers an opportunity to explore these areas in greater depth than is often possible in a regular class.
Saturday August 15th, 1:00-3:30 pm PDT
This workshop is designed for students with at least six months of yoga experience who would like to improve their balance, stability, and confidence in movement.
Through thoughtfully sequenced asana, students will develop strength, mobility, and awareness while learning how balance can be improved through both stability and flexibility.
