Join us for a series of Community Yoga Practices designed for students who wish to deepen their study in a fully equipped Iyengar studio.

If you’re looking for time to explore asana with wall ropes, refine a sequence, ask questions, or simply practice within a supportive community, this session offers the perfect environment.

The instructor will provide a suggested sequence to guide your study, or you may develop your own practice.

Together, we will create a shared space encouraging curiosity, growth, and the joy of practicing together.

Please note: This is a practice session, not a class and best suited for students with yoga experience.

One year of prior experience is recommended. If you're new to yoga, we recommend starting with our Fundamental classes before joining this session.

Please contact Lori at Lori@californiayoga.com with questions.

Sliding Scale - pay what you can or use your membership or class pack.

Sunday, June 28th, 2026 11 to 1:00 pm in person

Bio: Lori Neumann, co-owner of California Yoga Center and a certified Iyengar Yoga teacher (CIYT-Level 2) is a graduate of the Advanced Studies/Teacher Training program of the Iyengar Yoga Institute of San Francisco. She began practicing yoga in 2001 with Elise Miller to help resolve sciatica and chronic lower back pain, a result of decades of working in high tech. A dedicated practice helped Lori resolve these issues and shoulder and neck problems. Grateful for the practice and improvements to her health and overall well-being, she decided to become an instructor to help others with similar issues and discover the power in our ability to not only heal ourselves, but to live with equanimity and grace. When the opportunity came up to co-own this amazing studio with two beautiful yogis and combine several previous experiences in business, technology, and yoga she couldn’t turn it down!
