Join Birgit for a nourishing series designed to help you slow down, soften, and reconnect. Through gentle, mindful stretching, we’ll release physical tension and invite ease into the body, creating space for fuller breathing and a calmer nervous system. As the body unwinds, many students notice a subtle yet meaningful shift greater mental clarity, emotional steadiness, and a sense of settling into deeper layers of awareness.

This is an invitation to step out of doing and into being, cultivating peace, tranquility, and inner harmony both on and off the mat.

All levels are welcome.

Please have a yoga strap or belt (a simple waist belt works), two blankets or bath towels, and a pillow for support.

Member discount will be applied at checkout.

Sessions will be recorded, and all registered students will have access to the recordings for two weeks.
