Yoga to Relax & Restore with Birgit Reimer

  • Online Series (held live with recordings available) (map)

This calming evening series offers a quiet, restorative practice designed to release physical, mental, and emotional tension.

Through gentle stretches and supported poses - mostly on the floor, you’ll learn how to soften the muscles, calm the nervous system, and create space for a deeper connection to breath and mind. As the body relaxes, stress gives way to peace and equanimity, leaving you feeling centered and refreshed.

What You’ll Experience:

  • Gentle stretches and supported poses to release tension

  • Techniques to calm the parasympathetic nervous system

  • Awareness of breath–body–mind connection

  • A sense of peace, tranquility, and inner harmony

Open to all students seeking a soothing, mindful practice to balance their busy lives.

You’ll need a yoga strap or belt, two blankets or large towels, and a pillow for support.

Sessions are recorded, and all registered students will have access to recordings for two weeks.

Single Day sign up is available for this course.

To register for a single day, please go to the schedule page on the day you’d like to attend, and register there.
